Prenatal Yoga helps women gain and maintain strength and flexibility during their pregnancy. Yoga will enable you to create stability, build a strong foundation, and become comfortable in your changing body. Preparing for birth and mothering requires a practice that is strengthening as well as restorative to the body and mind.

This series is designed to bring together a community of expecting mothers to share in the benefits of a specialized Yoga Practice.

Breathe N Flow Yoga is Long Island's First Yoga Alliance approved Registered Prenatal Yoga School. Our program is directed and taught by Leah Hartofelis, a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher.

Prenatal Yoga Schedule (6Classes each Week!):

Monday 9:30am - 10:45am
Tuesday 4:30pm - 5:30pm
Wednesday 9:30am - 10:45am and 7:15pm - 8:30pm

Friday 5:30pm-6:30pm
Saturday 10:30am - 11:30am

There are no words that can adequately express my appreciation for what you and the BNF Yoga Mama community has given me over the past 6 months.  Through the practice of yoga, learned how to breathe through pain, accept my changing body and of course connected with my baby.  I learned that its OK to ask for help and to listen to my body.  The loving, supportive and non-judgmental nature of this community provided physical and emotional relief throughout the pregnancy.  In the past week I have begun my life as a first time mom.  What an amazing journey it has been! Thank you for helping me make this journey in good health!
