Jennifer Sbrocchi is a mother to two daughters, a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher and a Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist.
She first came to her yoga mat to ease the stress of her accounting career and her daily practice brought her strength, flexibility and balance, both physically and mentally. She received her 200 hour yoga teaching certification in 2014 from Yoga Vida in NYC and soon discovered that she and her husband would be expecting their first daughter. Prenatal yoga replaced her vinyasa flow practice and it helped Jen connect to her pregnant body and baby, have a wonderful birthing experience and helped her through the challenges of motherhood. Inspired by her own experience, Jen is committed to sharing her yoga practice with expecting and new moms and their families. She has completed over 100 additional hours of training specializing in prenatal, postnatal and baby and me yoga and additional workshops and trainings focusing on the postpartum period and lactation basics. Jen is dedicated to empowering women to feel strong, confident and healthy throughout their pregnancy, childbirth and as they transition into motherhood.
