I am a health and physical education teacher during the day as well as a cheerleading and dance team coach, so I have always had an interest in staying physically active in a fun way.
I was a dancer my whole life so any kind of fitness that involves good music and following a beat was always the kind of work outs I craved. In 2014, I became a Zumba instructor and I incorporate it into my physical education classes at work. During this time, I also started taking classes at Breathe n Flow. I saw that there was a Pound class offered at night and decided to try it out. I fell in love with it after my first class and became a ìclass regular.î I decided to take my love for Pound further and become a licensed instructor in 2017. Since then, I have been teaching the Tuesday night Pound class at Breathe n Flow. I love sharing my love for Pound with others. It is like no work out you have experienced before because you are having so much fun banging the ripstix to great music that you donít even realize how hard you are working!
