Yoga has been part of Vita's life for 10 years now. When she became pregnant with her first daughter, she continued practicing through Breathe N Flow's Prenatal Yoga program. The experience changed her life and prompted her to pursue enrolling in Breathe N Flow's RYS 200-hour yoga teacher training, as well as their 85-hour prenatal yoga teacher training.
Vita believes that yoga is for everyone. Her practice inspires her to be present in each moment and to accept where she is on each given day regardless of whether she's on or off her mat. She is truly grateful for the wisdom she's gained through her teachers. She considers herself a forever student of the practice and vows to continue her evolution as a teacher and practitioner.
In Vita's classes, you can expect her to assist you in deepening your practice, whether you're looking to build physical strength, increase flexibility, or foster inner ease and peace. She is honored to share her love of yoga and all of its benefits with you.
In addition to teaching Beginner's Yoga and Gentle Vinyasa Flow, Vita's specialties lie in teaching Pre- and Post-Natal, Mommy & Me, and Kids' yoga classes.
