Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga is a deeply restful practice that invites you to slow down and settle into a state of ease. Using supportive props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks, the body is gently held in comfortable, fully supported postures—allowing effort to soften and the nervous system to unwind.

In these extended, restful shapes, there is no stretching or striving. Instead, the practice encourages a shift from doing to simply being. As the body is supported, muscles and connective tissues are given permission to release naturally, creating space for deep rest, renewal, and quiet awareness.

Restorative Yoga supports relaxation, balance, and mindful presence. Sessions often incorporate breath awareness, guided relaxation, or subtle mindfulness practices to deepen the experience. This gentle approach makes restorative yoga accessible to all bodies and experience levels, offering a nourishing reset for the body, mind, and nervous system.
