Things to Know

*Check-in process for In Studio Classes -  

  • Doors open15 minutes prior to class start time, Class sign up/enrollment closes at start of scheduled class time.  

  • Things to know as you join us indoors in person:

  • Please practice Mindful Spacing. 

  • All students & teachers are required to bring their own yoga mat and props as necessary (contact info@bnfyoga.com if you need assistance obtaining the standard recommended props i.e.. block/blanket/bolster).

  • *All Classes Require Pre-Registration – Upon registration you will receive an email confirmation (***make sure you opt-in to stay up to date and receive reminder notifications) which will include a link to the Live Stream class.  *Note – if we are unable to practice in person and indoors due to weather our classes will be held via our Online Yoga platform. 

 

Yoga Etiquette
 

  • Please stay home if not feeling well and perhaps join us for the livestream From the comfort of your home.

  • Check-in begins 15 minutes before the start of class. Please enter our space quietly and mindfully.

  • Please remove your shoes and place them in the shoe cubbies and hang jackets when entering.

  • Turn all cell phones to OFF (not vibrate) before class begins.

  • Our Yoga mats are considered our personal space, please avoid stepping on anyone else's mat.

  • No eating or chewing gum in class.

  • Please observe basic hygiene when attending class.

  • Refrain from wearing perfumes and oils, as many people are senstive to smell and/or allergic.

  • Let your yoga teacher know of any injuries or conditions that may affect your practice.
