About Breathe N Flow Yoga
Breathe N Flow Yoga is a community-centered yoga and wellness practice rooted in over a decade of thoughtful, inclusive teaching. What began within studio walls has grown into a living, breathing practice that meets people where they are—supporting well-being in private settings, local facilities, workplaces, schools, and online.
Our approach is grounded in the wisdom of yoga and the science of Positive Psychology, supporting the whole person—body, mind, and nervous system.
