Sound Healing Meditation
Sound Healing is the ability of sound to correct aspects of ourselves that are out of alignment, and to restore us to spiritual wholeness. Sound healing is one of the oldest and most natural forms of healing known to man. Instruments such as singing bowls, tunings forks, and percussive instruments are used in sound healing sessions. The vibrations and sound waves from these instruments induce a deep meditative and peaceful state. Sound vibrations deeply permeate our bodies and release energy and emotional interferences while creating a sense of peace and relaxation.
Sound is a perfect tool for sound healing practices because it mimics the nature of existence, and affects us at the anatomical, physiological, emotional, psychological, social, and spiritual level.
