We offer traditional Yin Yoga, Yin N Restore, and Yin/Yasa. Yin Yoga is a release of muscular effort and targets the connective tissue. Poses are held for an extended period to increase flexibility and juice up the joints and ligaments, releasing energetic blockages that may hold you back in your yoga practice. Restorative Yoga focuses on relaxing the body in restful postures.

Yin N Restore: This class is a perfect blend of Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga. This is a gentle, therapeutic style of Yoga that uses props to support the body to deepen the benefits of the poses. It is a soothing and nurturing practice that promotes the effects of conscious relaxation, and relieving tension and stress. This practice allows the body to fully relax by holding simple postures passively for extended periods of time.

YinYasa: This is an open level class combining Yin Yoga and Vinyasa. The perfect balance of Yin and Yang.
